Delivery timelines: 5 - 7 working days 

Bella Ciao offers worldwide shipping.

Door to door deliveries are sent to a street address. No PO Box deliveries are done. Bella Ciao delivers within business hours in the Republic of South Africa. As the buyer, you indicate where in South Africa you require delivery, as well as contact numbers to be used in connection with delivery. Your parcel will be delivered to the address you specify in the checkout process.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days within which to return the item/items back to Bella Ciao for a refund, exchange or a gift voucher.

Unfortunately Sale items and swimwear may not be returned or exchanged.

Jewellery purchases cannot be returned as items are custom made upon order.

For exchanges and returns, items need to be in original condition, unused, with the tag and all labels attached and undamaged.
